Methods CSG performs a detailed business review, seeking to understand the true drivers within the company. By extensive interviews of senior management, coupled with external market observations, CSG uncovers potential shortcomings inherent in the current corporate structure that either is or will become significant barriers to overall corporate success. Together with management, CSG develops a concise plan in order to put into play the appropriate methodology necessary to put the company in the best position to achieve its corporate goals. In developing this plan, an analysis of potential barriers to success is undertaken and potential solutions to these obstacles are discussed and agreed upon. Also, appropriate milestones are established in order to measure success. Given CSG's extensive background in dealing with the Capital Markets, Investment Bankers, Institutional Investors as well as Venture Capitalists (within both public and private companies), special attention will be given in assisting the company in developing appropriate "validations" that this group seeks in contemplating investing in or purchasing outright. These "validators" often either make or break the validity of a company as it seeks growth capital or exit strategies. As needed, CSG will make needed introductions from its extensive contact list of "impact player" level professionals across the financial disciplines, from accounting to legal, and from commerical banking to investment banking in order to quickly assimilate the necessary team required to implement the plan.
